We talk to the Executive Chef Tyron Mizzi from Bahia and Emilia Restaurants.
From when it all started? Since I was very young, I used to love cooking and started at a very young age.
Who was your greatest cooking inspiration? There is quite a number of inspirational Chefs, but my greatest one is Chef Thomas Keller.
What is your favorite cooking dish? Doing fresh pasta in a very simple tasty sauce.
Who would you most like to cook for? Juventus full squad.
Any awards? As executive Chef not yet, hopefully soon!
What do you enjoy doing most when you’re outside the kitchen? Spending time with my family and friends.
What is your favorite Chef Works Item? The Hartford zipper jackets. They are very comfortable and stylish.
Your biggest achievement? My biggest achievement so far is keeping the restaurant busy and making people happy with their meals, apart of keeping my chefs motivated in creating new dishes and techniques.
Your best culinary tip? Focus on what you want to achieve, work hard, and do not be afraid of failing; it will only make you stronger.
