From when it all started? I’ve always had a burning passion for cooking. Healthy food in particular since I was very young. I must say I am born with it.
Who was your greatest cooking inspiration? Athletes have always inspired me. It’s very important for us to cook mindfully and nourish our bodies properly through good cooking.
What is your favorite cooking dish? I can’t think of a particular dish at the moment, I'm really enjoying cooking vegan food. You can’t go wrong with fresh seasonal vegetables; they’re very versatile.
What do you enjoy doing most when you’re outside the kitchen? Sports. It clears my mind.
What is your favorite Chef Works Item? The aprons are really cool and I've got to say, I Love Fuel & Co’s new aprons.
Your biggest achievement? Making Fuel & Co. happen; It’s my way to give back to our community. It was a dream to open my very own kitchen and finally, it's happening!
Your best culinary tip? You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces, just good food from fresh ingredients. (Julia Child).
